Operations & Entertainment Coordinator

Assists VP of Operations in all aspects of on-site operations for the event. Interfaces with a wide variety of key vendors (tents, office trailers, portable rest rooms, etc.).  Helps manage the all-important relationship with the festival’s title sponsor.  Reviews contracts and facilitates fulfillment of all contractual obligations with entertainers.  Coordinates all entertainment-related functions during the weekend of the event.

All interns are encouraged to assist in areas other than their specific job function, affording each individual a well-rounded experience by being exposed to all aspects of producing the festival.
