Works directly with the Executive Producer on Festival marketing and media outreach programs and contract negotiations. Oversees Sponsorship and Media Trades and creates the working document which catalogues all contract fulfillment needs – festival tickets, social posts, digital ads, etc. Assists the Festival Director in growing the awareness of the festival on social media. This would include growing our fan page and assisting in ticket sales through these social media sites. Assists in updating the website daily, needs knowledge of how to work content manager of website (WordPress) and how to utilize social networking site to promote an event. Graphic design and/or photoshop knowledge required.
